PTCL Internet and Landline Charges
Two types of billing systems are being used to collect bills by PTCL one online and the other by sending paper bills to the customer. The 2ndmethod is time-consuming and also money wastage on the papers being used to send bills.
The PTCL wants to digitalize its billing system so they imposed 100 rupees extra charges on the customers who want to receive their bills through paper billing and the online system will be exempted from these charges.
With this move, the PTCL encourages many customers to select an online payment and billing system so that the PTCL can attain a modern and digitalized system according to international standards.
