The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced its 15-member roster for the next T20 World Cup, which will be held in the United States and the West Indies from June 1 to June 29.
According to sources close to the selection committee, the team would be made up of fast bowlers, all-rounders, wicketkeepers, and specialist batters.
The Pakistani team will consist of five fast bowlers, four all-rounders, three wicketkeepers, two batsman, and one spinner. Prominent names including Shadab Khan, Saeem Ayub, and Usman Khan have been confirmed, with Haris Rauf proclaimed totally healthy and prepared to participate.
Captain Babar Azam will lead the squad, which also includes Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Rizwan, Usman Khan, Azam Khan, Imad Wasim, Shadab Khan, Saeem Ayub, and Iftikhar Ahmed. This powerful lineup seeks to win the T20 World Cup.

Abrar Ahmed, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Muhammad Amir, Naseem Shah, and Abbas Afridi will also join the bowling assault. The PCB has also nominated three travel reserves: Salman Ali Agha, Hasan Ali, and Irfan Niazi, who will be ready to join the squad if needed.
Pakistan’s well-rounded group is poised to make an impression on the international scene. Fans of the men in green are also optimistic that the team’s combination of seasoned players and promising prospects will result in a victorious World Cup campaign.
