Now that Ramadan is over in Pakistan and federal offices are now open again after Eid vacations. The government has decided to change the office timings.
New office hours for federal government employees were disclosed by the Establishment Division on Tuesday.
The notice states that federal government offices that are open five days a week will be open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The office hours for those that are open six days a week will be 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
In addition, from 1:00 to 1:30 pm, there will be a 30-minute pause for lunch and prayers. It should be remembered that during Ramadan, federal government offices had their hours changed.
Offices were open five days a week from 9 am to 3 pm and six days a week from 9 am to 2 pm. Office hours were from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Fridays.
