NADRA has simplified the B-Form process in recent years to make it easier for those who previously had to deal with a lengthy process.
For a child to verify their age and to be eligible for fundamental services like healthcare, education, and other legal problems, they must present legal identification in the form of a B-Form, or child Registration.
The B-form Child Registration Certificate (CRC) is issued by NADRA in Pakistan. Receiving this certificate from their place of birth is seen as a child’s fundamental right, as it registers them with government records.

The most recent cost for B-form, if you choose regular service, is Rs 50. NADRA charges Rs 500 for executive services that are needed urgently.

How to apply for B-Form
- To apply for B-Form, you need to start by going to the nearest NADRA office with the child’s birth certificate.
- The parent or guardian needs to accompany the child to the NADRA office
- If only one parent is present, a Gazetted Officer or public representative must verify the application.
- The child must be present for the ID card, and their photo and fingerprints will be taken if they are 10 years old or older.
