Donald Trump Survives Assassination Attempt at Rally [Video]

According to a campaign statement, Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

He was quickly escorted off the stage after apparent gunshots rang through the crowd. “President Trump appreciates the swift action of law enforcement and first responders during this alarming incident,” said spokesman Steven Cheung. Trump is currently being examined at a local medical facility.

He quickly sought refuge behind the riser as his security detail raced to protect him, and the audience of several thousand people started yelling.

The sounds persisted while agents ministered to him on stage.  He got up and pumped his fist in the air, and the audience cheered. His motorcade has now left the venue, and his present health is unclear.
